been going through my head lately....if you try to prevent them from doing what they want...they see you as the enemy...but are you?.
if you take away their freedom to do so.....are they no longer free?
will they hate you...or thank you when they come to their senses?.
Well...my point is our society in general seems to be self-destructive based on the degradation of society I have and do witness.
Should we be allowed to continue our present course and actions until we all die, and destroy our world...or should our freedom to do these things be taken away by someone who can striaghten this mess out?
Should politically correct preying on others be allowed to continue and be rewarded,as well as being the definition of "success"?
So question should be....Should a suicidal/self-destructive creation or society be allowed free will to fully carry out their wishes and desires? Or should they stopped...and restrained?
Is freedom in the hands of inexperience and ignorance dangerous to them?
a few weeks ago i started a thread explaining that i wanted to read the entire bible for the first time.
i had been reading the kjv and i read revelation, john i, ii, ii and then i read john, matthew, mark, luke using the kjv in that order at someone's suggestion here.
i further took the suggestion of the poster and purchased an niv bible.
That is a good question...but all we can do is guess..unless you have faith in someone who actually claims to really know and was told by the one said it.

the organization has been renamed as info-cult.. info cult has been doing a lot of work since i left.
a new publication the cult phenomenon states the following.

He probably didn't look that far into it....sounds like he found better things to do and left all that up to others while he got his freak on...if I heard the story correctly.

however, genuine anointed christians do not demand special attention.
they do not believe that their being of the anointed gives them special "insights," beyond what even some experienced members of the great crowd may have.
Delusions of Granduer comes to mind......I am shocked they are not committed by these claims to be imparted with more spirit than everyone else...or speaking for God.

Cults are easy to build and maintain.
Once you have convinced someone that everyone else but you is evil and should not be listened to..no matter how close the person is to you....you are free to command at will...and if you are the sole provider of information...you can present your views without any viable dissent...and they will choose to obey you...giving them the illusion they are deciding to do such on their own....of their free will.
Take away any dissent...and it is smooth sailing.
